Our mission is to improve the quality of care for all children.

We strive to fulfill our mission by providing quality, professional, accessible and affordable educational and cultural programs to those who help shape the lives of children -- teachers, communities, and of course, families.  We've been doing this since 1991 and are proud to offer you the following services .

Distance Education Courses,  Nationwide

The NCECP Distance Education Program brings education and training to the doorsteps of Early Childhood Professionals throughout the United States. Major the Polar Bear Scholarship for Massachusetts' Residents

NCECP established a scholarship in honor of the late Polar Bear, Major, from the Stone Zoo.  The $500.00/per year scholarship is awarded to a high school graduate who will be going on to college and studying in the field of animal husbandry or environmental sciences.  For scholarship information and an application, click on Scholarship.
